Taco Bar Catering but no Taco Tuesday

For a while now, we’ve been doing Taco Bars.

We have done these in all sorts of budget levels.

But… our Taco Bar catering menu was sort of under wraps because we never published it.

With the New Year comes new fun, right?

So we added a Taco Bar option to our Catering Menu and Wedding Catering Menu.

But it’s not your typical “Taco Tuesday” line up. Here’s a look at what\’s included…

Thanksgiving Catering

We had a lot of questions about our Thanksgiving offerings and hours.

While we’re not the place who wants to “cook your turkey and cater your Thanksgiving Dinner” – we do have a bunch of great side dishes for you!

Finally… perfected (just kidding, it has always been perfect)!

But we just added to our Catering Menu at a great price!

Our Lobster Mac n Cheese…

Our full size catering tray of Lobster Mac will dish out 20 servings at $7.50 per. It\’s loaded with 2 lbs of Lobster Meat! In addition, there are two \”At Home Menu\” versions that will dish out 5 and 10 servings!

You’ll have to try it!

Catering with Solutions Never Problems

Recently a client placed an order for a celebration of life, post-service lunch.

We always do our best to help when asked during these times.

A delivery event, that required no catering staff, the conversation went to our client “re-plating” some of the food from our nice disposable displays to their platters upon arrival.

Wanting to help as best as possible with the logistics, while saving them some work and also knowing not every item ordered made sense to “re-plate” we came up with the easy solution.

“If you can, just drop off some of your platters to us, we will put the food right on them, so you don’t have to.”

Easy.

When we deal with vendors, and other businesses we want solutions, feedback and ideas (within reason of course).

And we bring that same approach to our clients and customers. There are only solutions!

Horderves and Appitzer Catering is very popular. Some events lend themselves well to circulating the room and mingling. These events are perfect for both displayed and passed Horderves and Appitzers.

Figure on each guest eating at least five pieces. And depending on the type of event, you may need more. During business functions we provide catering for we notice folks we eat less. Social events, we notice they eat a little more.

Our menu is sorted between displatyed, hot and cold horsderves.

Catering Delivery Wins

Being in the Food Industry and in particular operating a Catering Service in New Hampshire, we can’t help but hear all the buzz about delivery and delivery apps.

It seems like everyone wants to be in food delivery and every fast food place (yuck!) wants you to be able to order their food on demand.

We get it, there is plenty of room and plenty of people with varying taste-buds, especially in bigger cities and that’s why some of these things thrive.

But Twelve 31 has been about “delivery” from the start. Bringing our customers delicious, high-quality food that shows up hot and fresh all the time.

Our food (and coffee) stays hot because of the special boxes used to transport it.

Now… we don’t have any fancy app that tells you how close your food is, but with rare exception (actually one time at a place where even the invited guests couldn’t find the house) it shows exactly when expected!
